This website is owned and operated by Grateful Hearts (ABN: 28 237 796 160). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to all terms and conditions. Grateful Hearts may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any amendment is effective immediately.

 

PRICING

Currency
All Grateful Hearts gift boxes are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST
All prices quoted for Grateful Hearts gift boxes are inclusive of any GST (if applicable).

Payment
All orders processed through the Grateful Hearts website will be paid via PayPal.

Corporate Orders can be paid for via Electronic Funds Transfer. All orders paid via Electronic Funds will not be fulfilled and dispatched until payment is received.

All Corporate Orders require a 50% deposit prior to commencement of the order.

 

ORDERING

Customer Contact Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Grateful Hearts with their correct contact information. Grateful Hearts is not liable for the failure to contact a customer who provided details that were incorrect.

Personal Messages
Customers have the opportunity to add a personalised message to the back of the complementary quote cards included in every Grateful Hearts gift box. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the personalised message is written to their satisfaction. Grateful Hearts accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling, grammar and/or formatting.

Product Substitutions
Grateful Hearts makes every effort to fulfill orders as per product descriptions, however orders are subject to product availability.

Grateful Hearts reserves the right to substitute products and items, when necessary, with items of similar quality and value to the original item.

Corporate Orders
Grateful Hearts requires at least two weeks notice for orders of 10 or more Grateful Hearts branded gift boxes to ensure that the order can be fulfilled.

Grateful Hearts requires at least four weeks notice for any quantity of company branded gift boxes to ensure that the bespoke packaging can be created and that the order can be fulfilled.

Discounts
Discounts are applied to the total value of the sale and exclude the delivery charge. Customers entitled to the discount must redeem the discount by entering the code prior to checking out.

Each discount code is valid for one transaction only.

Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another transaction.

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any terms and conditions, written on or associated with all Grateful Heart discount codes.

Order Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 12pm the day preceding a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Unless a preferred delivery date is specified the gift box will be dispatched within 24 hours.

To avoid any disappointment, please place your order as early as possible to provide us with the best opportunity to deliver your gift on your preferred delivery date.

Order Alterations
Grateful Hearts cannot make alterations to an order that has been fulfilled and/or dispatched.

Alterations to an existing order that has been placed but not fulfilled should be requested by emailing the change through to info@gratefulhearts.com.au as soon as possible.

Cancellations
Grateful Hearts cannot accept a cancellation of an order that has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Cancellation of an order that has been fulfilled but not dispatched will incur a charge of 50% of the total order value. The remainder of the total order value will be refunded.

Cancellation of an order has been received by Grateful Hearts but not fulfilled will incur a processing fee of $10. The processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery charge
The price stated for each gift box does not include delivery. The delivery charge will be quoted prior to checkout. Deliveries to regional and remote towns may incur an additional charge.

Delivery Areas and Timeframes
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of delivery areas and timeframes when ordering.

If your delivery area is not listed please contact Grateful Hearts and we will endeavor to provide delivery to this area.

Delivery of the gift boxes will be between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. An exact time when the gift box will arrive on the day of delivery cannot be provided.

Grateful Hearts cannot arrange for delivery of gift boxes on weekends or Public Holidays.

Deliveries in Transit
Grateful Hearts do not provide a tracking service to customers for gift boxes in transit for delivery.

Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s delivery address is correct.

Where incorrect delivery information has been provided by the customer and no amendment has been received before dispatch, Grateful Hearts will not be held liable for any incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional re-delivery costs. All re-delivery costs will be passed onto the customer.

If incorrect details have been provided, contact Grateful Hearts as soon as possible to amend and avoid undelivered goods and re-delivery charges.

Delivery of Goods
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a delivery address at which someone will be present to accept the goods. The goods will not be left at the front door unless Grateful Hearts is instructed to do so by the customer at checkout.

If a delivery attempt is made to a location where no one is present, a card will be left at the delivery location advising of delivery attempt. It is the receiver’s responsibility to organise redelivery or collect the goods. Grateful Hearts is not liable for additional re-delivery costs. All re-delivery costs will be passed onto the customer.

Grateful Hearts is not liable for any goods left at the delivery location while no one is present.

Undelivered Gift Box
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Grateful Hearts if a gift box has not arrived in the timeframe quoted. Grateful Hearts will then track and locate the gift box for prompt delivery.

Delivery Courier
Grateful Hearts entrusts the delivery of the gift boxes with reputable courier companies. The customer agrees that, if due to any unforeseen circumstances associated with the courier company the gift box delivery is delayed, Grateful Hearts will work with the customer and courier company to ensure prompt delivery, but Grateful Hearts accepts no responsibility and the customer is not entitled to cancel the order or receive a refund.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
In the unlikely event that a gift box is received containing broken, damaged or out of date goods the customer is required to contact Grateful Hearts immediately. If contact is not made with Grateful Hearts within 48 hours of delivery a refund and/or return will not be granted.

Grateful Hearts reserves the right to request photographic proof and/or return of the broken, damaged or out of date good/s. Upon review, at the discretion of Grateful Hearts, the customer has the option to receive a replacement or refund for the broken, damage or out of date good/s only.

Grateful Hearts do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on purchase.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS
Grateful Hearts reserves the right to introduce additional terms and conditions for special events including but not limited to Christmas Day, Valentines Day, Easter and Mother’s & Father’s Day. The additional terms and conditions will be released in the weeks leading up to the special event and may include cut off dates for ordering to ensure on time and prompt delivery.

 

UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
Grateful Hearts is not liable for failure to perform obligations, including but not limited to, the fulfilment of an order or a delivery, if such failure occurs as a result of any event beyond the control of Grateful Hearts including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster, war, hostilities, terrorist activities, labour dispute, strike, theft, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service or any other event or phenomenon beyond Grateful Hearts’ control.

 

THIRD PARTY SITES
Grateful Hearts may provide links to related third party sites. Grateful Hearts is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites and does not warrant the security of any information supplied to third party sites.

 

FRAUD
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of the Grateful Hearts website may be subject to prosecution. Grateful Hearts does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of its websites, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of it’s website. It is illegal to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. Persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

 

GOVERNING LAW
The use of this website and these conditions is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the applicable Australian law. By using this site, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any trademarks, company names, product names, and/or logo appearing on this website, that are not Grateful Hearts’, are the property of their respective owners and Grateful Hearts does not claim to own any of these trademarks.

All material on websites owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Grateful Hearts, including but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are the intellectual property of Grateful Hearts or other parties that have licensed their material to Grateful Hearts.

Material on any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Grateful Hearts is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of Grateful Hearts.
