This stylish, chemical-free, double glassed Fressko Rise Flask is the perfect companion for creating your favorite fruit-infused cocktail, brewing your special tea blend or simply mixing your coffee.

The flask is made with double-walled glass to ensure the contents stay hot (while remaining soft to the touch) or chilled for several hours with a leak-proof bamboo lid.

Although our flasks are made of the strongest glass, beware that glass can break and you should always handle with care.

How to us Fressko’s 2-in-1 infuse
Fruit Water – Simply remove Fressko’s 2-in-1 “Infuse” Filter, unscrew the bottom component, add your desired fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, lock the Short “Infuse” Filter component back into place and let the water soak up the nutrients.
Tea – The use of the 2-in-1 “Infuse” Filter allows any tea drinker to manually control the strength of their tea. Pop out the filter, unscrew the 2 components, add your fresh tea leaves or tea bag, screw the filter back into place, insert back into the bottle, add boiling water and let the Fressko Flask do the rest. Can be used for iced-tea too!
Coffee – Remove Fressko’s 2-in-1 Filter, add your most enjoyed instant coffee blend, screw lid back into place and go.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm the day preceding a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Unless a preferred delivery date is specified the gift box will be dispatched within 24 hours. To avoid any disappointment, please place your order as early as possible to provide us with the best opportunity to deliver your gift on your preferred delivery date.


$14 flat rate delivery fee (deliveries to regional and remote towns may incur an additional charge). It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of delivery areas and timeframes when ordering. Gift boxes can only be delivered Monday to Friday. An exact time when the gift box will arrive on the day of delivery cannot be provided. Delivery of gift boxes on weekends or Public Holidays is currently unavailable. Grateful Hearts do not provide a tracking service to customers for gift boxes in transit for delivery. A notification email will be sent when the order is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s delivery address is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a delivery address at which someone will be present to accept the goods. The goods will not be left at the front door unless Grateful Hearts is instructed to do so by the customer at checkout. Grateful Hearts is not liable for any goods left at the delivery location while no one is present.

Alterations & Cancellations

Grateful Hearts cannot make alterations to an order that has been fulfilled and/or dispatched. Alterations to an existing order that has been placed but not fulfilled should be requested by emailing the change through to as soon as possible. Grateful Hearts cannot accept a cancellation of an order that has been fulfilled and dispatched. Cancellation of an order that has been fulfilled but not dispatched will incur a charge of 50% of the total order value. The remainder of the total order value will be refunded. Cancellation of an order has been received by Grateful Hearts but not fulfilled will incur a processing fee of $10. The processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Refunds & Returns

In the unlikely event that a gift box is received containing broken, damaged or out of date goods the customer is required to contact Grateful Hearts immediately. If contact is not made with Grateful Hearts within 48 hours of delivery a refund and/or return will not be granted. Grateful Hearts reserves the right to request photographic proof and/or return of the broken, damaged or out of date good/s. Upon review, at the discretion of Grateful Hearts, the customer has the option to receive a replacement or refund for the broken, damage or out of date good/s only. Grateful Hearts do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on purchase.
